We would like to request an enhancement related to the new Airbnb Host Fee and the information currently flowing into QuickBooks.
At this time, the data syncing to QuickBooks is limited and does not provide enough detail on owner statements. We would like to see more descriptive booking information included in the QuickBooks integration, such as one or more of the following:
ORB reservation number
Airbnb reservation number
Guest name
Including these identifiers would significantly improve clarity and traceability on owner statements, reduce manual reconciliation, and help both our accounting team and property owners better understand individual charges associated with Airbnb reservations.
