We would like to request a feature enhancement related to booking window lead times.
Specifically, we are looking for the ability to set different lead-time rules for Instant Bookings and “Book Now” reservations versus Inquiry-only bookings. Our goal is to require Instant Bookings and Book Now reservations to be made a set number of days in advance (for example, 3–4 days), while still allowing guests to submit inquiries for same-day or next-day arrivals.
At this time, when we adjust the booking lead window to 3 or 4 days in advance, the system blocks availability on the public website calendar for those same 3–4 days entirely. This makes the property appear unavailable, even though we are open and willing to accept last-minute stays via inquiry.
Ideally, we would like:
The availability calendar to remain open and visible for same-day and next-day dates
Instant Bookings / Book Now reservations restricted to a longer lead time
Inquiry-only reservations permitted for shorter lead times
This separation would allow us to manage operational needs (cleaning/inspection schedules) while still capturing last-minute demand and maintaining accurate availability visibility for guests.
