Retain Reviews From Disabled Properties on Hosted Websites

Currently, when a property is disabled in OwnerRez, all reviews associated with that property disappear from the hosted website.

This creates a significant marketing problem for property managers. Properties naturally leave a portfolio because they are sold, removed from the rental market, or transferred to another manager. However, the reviews earned while managing those properties still represent legitimate work, guest satisfaction, and management experience.

Removing them reduces the company’s visible review count, erases part of its historical track record, and can make an established manager appear less experienced than they actually are.

Please add an option to retain reviews from disabled properties on the general reviews page. To avoid implying that the property is still available or currently managed, it could be labeled “Previously Managed Property,” or the property name and identifying details could be hidden.

Reviews are valuable business and marketing assets. They should not disappear simply because a company’s active portfolio changes.
