I am currently beta testing Rezzi. I like what I see so far. However, I am in need of a chat bot for my website. I was wondering if there are plans for Rezzi to be optional for adding a widget to my website so it can help answer questions in real time from my prospects? This would add tremendous value to enhance what Rezzi can do for hosts to help capture a booking that might have otherwise bounced due to not being able to get there question answered promptly.
We do have plans for this, yes! Though, if I'm honest, it may be a while before we get there. There are a number of Rezzy enhancements in the works right now, and we've still got some heavy lifting to do to get Rezzy AI out of beta and rolled out to the masses.
