I am currently building Rezzy's knowledge base with directives and FAQ's and testing the system as I go along. Not bad so far.
One frustrating issue that I am running into is when I need to change a specific directive or FAQ. It is great that Rezzy shows the thinking of how it came up with a response in the sandbox and references related directives and FAQ's. This is very helpful.
The problem is when I need to change a directive or FAQ (I have at least 60 directives and dozens of FAQ's). There is no link in the "Thinking" section of the sandbox to the specific directive or FAQ Rezzy used to come up with the response. So I end up having to manually search the directives or FAQ's to find the one I need to change. This is a very time-consuming task.
I would like to request a direct link embedded into the "Thinking" section of the sandbox to the directive or FAQ referenced or, better yet, a search bar for key words at the top of the directives and FAQ page. There is already a filter for these pages. A keyword part of the filter would do it. Either would work, but the way it is now is frustrating and discouraging.
