Would be awesome if we could get an option to include a YTD Summary for owner statements to keep each owner in the know for their yearly progress! :)

You should be able to do this with the Owner Statement Summary report that's available: https://app.ownerrez.com/reports/pmownerstatementsummary
When configuring the criteria for the report, you can select the owner and timeframe for owner statements you wish to include. Once you've run the report, you can then export it and send the file to the owner so they can get a year-to-date summary of their owner statements.
