We've got a pending update to support "shift + click" on those checkbox lists. That should be released in the next week or so. We've also got longer term plans to add "select all" and "clear" options…

We did not add a merge field for last 4 of phone because that's a bit too specific.

After you setup the Vrbo integration, click the "Change Property Mappings" button on the properties tab of the channel. There you can select as many or as few properties to include as you like.
