OwnerRez is a fantastic property management platform!
Excellent. I have used other property management platforms and they pale in comparison to Owner Rez.
Switched from MyVR. I had terrible customer service with MYVR. Slow response time made servicing my customers impossible.
Pros
The customer service when there is a question or issue I cannot resolve on my own. Their response time is fast and instructions to resolve an issue are easy to follow.
Cons
While OwnerRez provides videos and a "Help" section to their dashboard, sometimes it's difficult to find solutions to an issue on my own.
