Pros
The support for new hosts on this software is awesome. The entire team has been super helpful! Most settings in the software are straightforward, but some of the settings are complicated/confusing to keep up with channel integrations like Airbnb. When I ran into issues, I took advantage of the free support webinar and they helped me within minutes.
Cons
No issues so far. I’ve been using owner Rez for two years now, and I started as a host doing direct bookings only. I only experienced one issue and in the end, it was not a software bug, but a problem with the way I set up my rates. Really happy with the quality of their product!!
