It is user friendly, updated constantly with new changes to the industry and takes care of anything and everything you would ever need as a sole landlord or large property management company - from quotes, to bookings, to payments, to monthly statements and so much more.
Cons
I can genuinely say there is nothing that I dislike about OwnerRez - they are constantly making updates as the leading industry platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO implement changes of their own. OwnerRez is on top of the game regarding property management software.
