Once you find your way around, there is nothing you cannot automate. We are using free widgets (search, calendar, reviews) on our popular website for direct bookings. Their servers are so fast. Different processors can be mapped to different units. Email/SMS/Channel templates and triggers are fully customizable with custom codes. When a booking comes, it collects the down payment, schedules other payments, generates the door code, sends the rental contract for e-sign, communicates with the guests using email/text. Owner statements, adjusting the commissions are a breeze. We used 3 other PMS in the past (still using 2 for our own reasons) and OR beats them all in functionality.

It does 90% of our job automatically.
