Excellent. Easy to figure out how to do things. Excellent customer aka human customer support. Makes managing multiple properties a breeze.
Pros
Robust functionality at an excellent price point. Once you figure out how you want to use it - it becomes plug and play.
Cons
No app available. Easy to work without an app but when on the road having an app would be beneficial.
