Extremely positive. When I email support I get a response within 24 hours or sooner sometimes. I love all the reports also.
Pros
OwnerRez makes self managing our 4 cabins so easy. Customer support is awesome - I always get the help I need when I need it.
Cons
Nothing - I haven’t found anything I don’t like. It took me a while to setup the cabins initially - but once I did that it was easy breezy.
