Love them and know they are working hard to make their program a one stop shop with their integrations and updates.
Pros
Their software is so customizable you can make it do anything. Their customer service is how future customer service will be conducted. They are way ahead of their time in everything.
Cons
Their program is a little less user friendly when you first start using it but once you get the hang of it, it's so powerful.
