So glad we switched
From easy onboarding, transferring over data, to learning a new system, and being up and running quickly, OwnerRez and their team has been a breeze. I was fairly new to PMS systems and the one I started with was very hard to learn, so I have been very satisfied at how easily I've been able to constantly upgrade my workflows.
Switched from: LiveRez
Reason for switching: Too hard to use and way too expensive. Was not an actual 'Live' system for Owner reporting.
Pros
Extremely user friendly, while not leaving out some of the more robust features you're looking for. Customer Service is fast, reliable, and very friendly, including suggesting things that I didn't even know I could do. They're constantly upgrading and adding features as well as adding new integrated features and companies.
Cons
There are a few things from our old PMS software that are missing, but they are little things (not game changers) and they have already stated that they are working on including them.
