We switched from a different platform and not only is OwnerRez VERY user friendly, but the support is unmatched.

• Super easy onboarding.
• Response time for assistance is amazing.
• Ease in understanding what I did wrong and how to fix it.
• The number of training videos is crazy. (One of the big selling points for us changing PMS's)
• Their suggestions of things that I didn't even know I could do has saved me so much time.
• Paying only for what you need instead of a hefty platform fee because there were features included that did not pertain to us.
• They're constantly updating and adding features, and many based on what user's request.
• Never had a disruption in service, and if there is an issue with an API, they know about it before I do and they already have a team on it.

So glad we switched over.
