I have now used OwnerRez for 3 years. When I started, I was so inexperienced it hurt. They helped me so much above and beyond what you would get anywhere else. Plus, I have gone back to the videos so many times to get help on doing things. I know of no other property management software company that does so much to help you start. For 3 years, I have basically used the standard elements a good host would use, but now am planning on challenging OwnerRez to help me take my rentals to the next level using approaches and software that will really help me drive profitability and growth beyond traditional methods. I know there software can handle it, and I am sure they, as always, will provide all the help I need to do this.
