We engaged OwnerRez (OR) after deciding to part ways with our property management company. While the system takes a bit of getting used to because of the extensive number of features, there was never a lack of support to get us going. Help comes in four forms:

• Extensive videos for self-paced learning
• A free Quick Start one-on-one live session with an agent who reviewed our entire setup and helped make changes where needed
• The built-in AI assistant
• Fantastic live-agent follow-up, with staff who checked over the final product and advised on changes

OR integrates with many booking platforms and also offers an optional website hosting feature. All of our booking channels feed into OR, giving us a single pane of glass to manage every aspect of our rental. It's also easy to manage each channel individually, with its own service fee markups and tax collection settings.

We use OR and highly recommend it for anyone managing a single property or multiple properties.
