    So I have 1 apartment blocked out with an Airbnb booking for 2 more weeks which doesn’t have anyone in it.

    The 2nd apartment has the guests in and I’ve blocked it off for the rest of their stay.

    Is it possible to unblock the first apartment?

    ...listing from one place. Also, you can have a dedicated website through them, as well as integrate your smart locks and send custom lock codes to your guests.

    I have not experienced any cons in the 2-3 years I've used OwnerRez. It takes a while to learn everything, but that's because there is so much you can do with it.

    One picture is a QR link to a store where guests can enhance their stay by purchasing products and/or services. That is not related to evading commissions.

    ...door code, sends the rental contract for e-sign, communicates with the guests using email/text. Owner statements, adjusting the commissions are a breeze. We used 3 other PMS in the past (still using 2 for our own reasons) and OR beats them all in functionality.

    It does 90% of our job automatically.

    Combine all message sources into ONE thread In the guest communication tab.  Currently we have multiple message threads for the same guest in the inbox.     I have mistakenly added 2 users for the same owner.  One "owns" the property.  Is there a way to merge them?  I tried to delete the user that is not the "owner", but the system only allowed it to be disabled.  I received this message...

    "This owner is actively in use for bookings, expenses, statements or disabled properties. This owner has been disabled instead."

I set a surcharge to 10%,  I did go in and set the exceptions to # of nights equal or greater than 1 also set a exception equal or less than 2 . Then I set days arriving Monday on and also from Wed and before. Will this cover it or do I kneed to change min number of nights stay somewhere else?
