Description Headline

How do I remove text from the description headline?  It's requiring I have something in that line and I don't know why.... it wasn't there when I created our hosted website.  Now I have to have it and the wording is RIGHT in the middle of my photos on my home page. People have commented it's "odd placing".

Any help to remove this?
