I upped my rates by the same , but I doubt there will be any bookings once that takes effect.

Has HTG come to its senses yet? 14% commission is WAY too high. They do not have recognition of vrbo or airbnb to command commission that high. Last time I checked 14% of 0 is still a 0, and that is how much they will get when owners upcharge their rates on HTG channel by that amount.
