Property Availability Search widget is limited to 12 properties - is there a way to make that list all that are available within that search?
12 what? months? properties?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, you would like to set the search widget to show more than 12 properties on one page.
While this is supported if you have a hosted website, it is not currently supported for users without a hosted website. You could, however, search our feature requests to see if it's been suggested yet and if it has not, create a feature request and ask others to support the change by upvoting it. It's where a lot of our new and improved features come from!
