I figured that I would start the thread since it was empty. My wife and I own a vacation rental in Palm Springs. We decided to manage it ourselves and I was lucky enough to stumble upon this site, which will make the whole process much easier to manage. Our house site is www.shakennotstirred.info - we hope to pick up additional properties in the desert are to manage, so we created Desert Premium Vacation Properties (thus the DPVR.info) as an umbrella for the future.
I love the work done with the software so far and look forward to many future enhancements.
