Is there anything in the works to allow API rate adjustments by a dollar amount or percentage?
Percentage is all that is available now.

I'm working through some older Feature Requests and ran across this one. Wanted to make sure you know that we now have Rate Adjustment Surcharges available that can be configured for a flat amount or a percentage! More on that here - https://www.ownerrez.com/support/articles/rate-adjustment-fee#fee
The Rate Adjustment Fee Surcharge is added on top of the per-channel Rate Adjustment you may have set in your channel integration settings. So if you have a 10% rate adjustment on Airbnb's channel settings plus this surcharge, both apply. That in mind, be sure to take a look at your channel settings to see if you need to make an adjustment there before applying the Surcharge.
