Automatic Contact Duplicate Merging for Multiple Inquiries

When someone submits an inquiry on Vrbo, the API usually doesn't give us any contact info at all, just first and last name. (This could easily apply to other booking channels as well). But OR won't automatically merge contacts if the names are all it has.

It's extremely common for potential guests to want to compare properties, and so they submit multiple inquiries. 

To a human it's super obvious that this is the same person submitting virtually identical inquiries across the properties. But OR treats these as completely separate events leading to stacks of duplicate contact names each with their own inquiry.

It would be super helpful if OR could either convince Vrbo API to share the guest's Vrbo profile (like Airbnb does), or at least some kind of unique identifier to help keep these things organized. If that fails, maybe OR could have a timeframe that anyone with the same name within an hour - or something like that - gets automatically merged.
