I would be nice to have a back to inbox button.

Where in particular? There's CRM > Inbox on the menu?
It's multi click and when you have to respond to multiple messages or go back in to the inbox it's just not super convenient. Either have a back to inbox button, or put the InBox as it's own button, not a sub of CRM.
