I've seen a few queries about this (going back to 2013), can't find an actual feature request..
I need bcc (and cc as well) for email templates. Use case: when I send a door code to a guest, I also want to send the door code to my managers who will be setting the code to make sure we're all on the same page. The door code email is a triggered template... but can't automatically send to management team without duplicating the same trigger and duplicating the template, not optimal.
or on owner statements when thee are two owners and you have to manually insert the second owner email in every time.
