We would like to be able to automatically tag if someone wants early check-in or check-out or if we change the time the guest checks in or out and it automatically tags it.

Yes, this is what would make this upsell a more automated feature. I currently have an tag automation for pets which then I use to trigger an email to remind our cleaners to set out the pet gear. I would like to do the same for early check-in/late check-out.
