Critical Feature Request: Granular Staff Permissions

One of the biggest things currently limiting our ability to scale within OwnerRez is the lack of granular staff permissions.

We are hiring a full-time marketing/listing manager to build and optimize listings, manage photos, amenities, SEO, and channel setup. However, there is currently no way to give them the operational access they need without also exposing sensitive financial reporting, PM/accounting pages, owner statements, and company revenue data.

Right now the permissions are too all-or-nothing:

• Calendar-only access is too limited
• Operational access exposes financials unnecessarily

As management companies grow, we need role-based permissions that allow us to separate operations from accounting and financial visibility.

Requested features:

• Hide financial reporting
• Hide PM/accounting pages
• Hide owner revenue/payout data
• Create customizable role-based permissions for staff

This is becoming a major bottleneck for scaling companies and safely delegating responsibilities inside OwnerRez.
