Date Limits for Owner Portals

We would benefit greatly from having very simple date limits on what owners can see from their portals. We would REALLY like to limit how far in the future our owners can see any bookings - they'll get it in their heads that those bookings are set in stone when cancellations and changes are the name of the game when you're looking more than 3 months out. It is just going to cause a lot of headaches and wasted conversations if we're constantly having to explain what happened to such-and-such a booking that they vividly remember seeing 4 month ago when they checked how things were looking.

There also need to be controls for how far back they can see. We're just getting our system set up to launch portals for the first time, and would REALLY like owners to not be able to see previous history, since commissions and all that stuff are likely not set up correctly for 100% of historical bookings - and owners WILL find the ones that don't match. Currently the only way I've found to keep them from seeing history further back than a given date is to tell OR that they didn't become owners until then.
