I would like the ability to automatically snooze and re-activate Airbnb listings on a recurring schedule, such as hiding the listing during certain hours of the day and making it visible again after.
Use Case:
Many hosts need their listings to be visible only during specific times of day. For example, I want my Airbnb listing hidden (unlisted) Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and automatically visible again outside those hours.
This is useful for hosts who:
Use properties for personal, operational, or contractor access during business hours.
Want to control when same-day bookings can be made.
Want to avoid inquiries and bookings during restricted time blocks without manually snoozing every day.
Need consistency without relying on VAs or daily reminders.
This is a major selling point for Guesty since they have this elegantly enabled.

Generally speaking, this is when we would recommend blocking off time on your property's availability calendar in advance. Snoozing a listing would not prevent a guest from arriving or departing on that same day if they have already created a booking for that date.

Thanks so much for the detailed reply. I understand the current options with calendar blocking, same-day booking cutoff times, and Rezzy AI. Unfortunately, none of these solve the core issue I’m facing.
My need isn’t about controlling check-in times or responding to inquiries after hours — it’s about controlling when the listing is visible to guests on Airbnb.
Specifically, I need the ability to automatically “snooze” (hide) listings during business hours (e.g., 7 AM–5 PM) to prevent exposure during operational hours when the property may be used for personal, maintenance, or staging access. This is different from blocking the calendar because:
A scheduled visibility control (advertising blackout) would be incredibly valuable to professional hosts and property managers. I imagine many operators with cleaning windows, staging schedules, or hybrid use cases would benefit from this.
I’d love to see this considered as a future feature in OwnerRez — or if there’s an API or partner-level workaround you can recommend, I’m happy to explore that too.
