As our library of FAQs and Directives grows, it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain consistency and avoid duplicate or conflicting information. I would like Rezzy to include an AI-powered Knowledge Base Audit tool.

Key features:

  • Audit FAQs and Directives for duplicates, conflicts, overlap, outdated information, and optimization opportunities.
  • Search all FAQs, Directives, and property-specific knowledge by keyword or topic (e.g., "pets," "Wi-Fi," "service animals") to quickly determine whether a subject has already been covered.
  • Suggest content that should be merged, updated, or expanded based on guest questions and AI usage.
  • Compare property-specific knowledge with global knowledge to identify inconsistencies or missing information.

This feature would help property managers maintain a clean, organized knowledge base, improve AI accuracy, reduce contradictory responses, and save significant time managing Rezzy as the knowledge base grows.

100% yes!! Then when Rezzy gets back-end updates that impact our Directives, it could inform and guide us to adjust accordingly!

Thanks for sharing this idea with the community! Feature requests with more support tend to move up our list faster, so if there's anyone else who'd want this too, point them to this thread and encourage an upvote.
