The current Team Access permissions are quite limited. It would be extremely valuable to have more granular, role-based permissions so administrators can control exactly which areas of OwnerRez each team member can access.
A key use case is for co-hosts. Many co-hosts need access to the Inbox so they can read and respond to guest messages and enquiries, but in some circumstances, they should not have access to any financial information.
Ideally, permissions could be configured to allow access to features such as:
Inbox (read and reply to messages and enquiries)
Reservations
Calendar
Tasks
Guests
Reports
Settings
Financial information
In particular, financial permissions should extend beyond just Reports. It should be possible to hide all monetary values throughout the system, including reservation totals, payments, owner statements, commissions, and any other financial data displayed within reservations.
This would allow property managers to give co-hosts the access they need to communicate effectively with guests while protecting sensitive financial information. It would also make the Team Access feature much more flexible for a wider range of business structures and user roles.
