Right now in the Inbox, we can only "search" by using the various available filters. PLEASE add a way to simply search by words/phrases.

Yes this would be great to be able to search words or phrases if you cannot remember the guest name!
Just yesterday I wanted to find my previous response to someone inquiring about a military discount. I had to search in Airbnb’s inbox since it’s not an option in OR.
This would be great - I would love the ability to search for "conference" as my place is near a convention center and I would love to get a quick list of all conferences that my past guests have attended, so I can plan for future conference attendees and dates.
