Make Quote Expiry Date dependent upon Date of Arrival, not Date quote is Created

Please make the the Quote Expiry Date dependent upon the arrival date, or a combination of date of quote creation and arrival date, to allow for automatic creation of expiry dates that make sense.

I routinely have guests booking a year or more in advance. So I have my quote expiry date set to automatically be a year after the quote is created.  But this looks stupid to guests when they request a quote for a stay a month from today, but the expiry for the quote is a year from now.

I know I can change the expiry dates manually, but I don't have time for such trivialities.

Please make the automatic expiry date assigned to quotes something more programmable, based on the date of quote and the arrival date of the stay, or allow us to eliminate the expiry date all together, or at least have it not apply as a default.

In my case, I wouldn't have quote expiry dates at all, except in rare circumstances where I make a special offer to a guest which they must accept by a certain time in order to get 'the deal' that I am offering them. In that case, I have no problem manually entering an expiry date, but barring that, I would prefer none, or perhaps an automatic entry of quotes expiring four weeks before arrival unless the arrival date is less than four weeks away, in which case it would go down to one week from date of quote creation.
