"Net Earnings" summary field in various reports

Would be exceptionally useful in addition to Total/Rent/Fee/etc in summary field to have "Net Earnings" -- which is for given booking simply "Rent Total - Discounts - Host's Listing Site Fees". It is how much money you made on given booking, basically. I bet everyone will be watching it closely in Summary Reports...

It seems like a pretty glaring omission -- literally the most important info about my rental I'd like to know :)

Our Booking Detail report should have this number under the Net Payments column. This number should be the booking total (which includes rent, surcharges, and discounts) minus the host fee, giving you the net total for their booking. "Net Payments" is not the same as "Net Earnings". My surcharges exist to cover my specific expenses (e.g. cleaning). Plus "Net Payments" include guest listing fee, taxes -- it is basically "All payments made by guest minus my host listing fees" -- so, no, not even close to "earnings".

Same thing -- it shows "All payments minus host fees" -- i.e. not earnings.
