"Net Earnings" summary field in various reports

Would be exceptionally useful in addition to Total/Rent/Fee/etc in summary field to have "Net Earnings" -- which is for given booking simply "Rent Total - Discounts - Host's Listing Site Fees". It is how much money you made on given booking, basically. I bet everyone will be watching it closely in Summary Reports...

It seems like a pretty glaring omission -- literally the most important info about my rental I'd like to know :)
