Our office hours are 9am-5pm. We are using Rezzy to autorespond to guests during the off hours. She makes tasks for the team all day long. It would be much less redundant and more useful if we could change the setting and have Rezzy only create a task for the team when she is working solo (after hours). During the day her tasks are redundant because we have staff actively working and respnding to guest issues.

And in the meantime, as we discussed previously, I will share this internally. As I feel this would be a great addition to make Rezzy task generation even better!

I would love the same ability. In fact maybe it could be part of the schedule or directive settings on whether or not you want Rezzy to create tasks under those conditions. Personally I think I'd prefer to have Rezzy's task generation disabled entirely for my particular use case, so having that flexibility would be very helpful.
