Owner Bookings: option to remove rental agreement (+ My Stay) requirement

I'd prefer my owners not have to sign a rental agreement for each of their stays, which seems to be a requirement under the new Owner Booking setup.

We can definitely see why that would be useful. While some property managers may want owner bookings to follow the exact same workflow as guest bookings, others would prefer to skip requirements like the rental agreement for owner stays.

We've logged this as a feature request and will look at the best way to handle it, likely by adding settings that allow you to decide whether owner bookings should require a rental agreement (and potentially other guest-facing requirements) or bypass them entirely.

Thanks for taking the time to share the feedback. It's a good example of where flexibility would benefit different workflows, and we'll take it into consideration as we continue to refine the Owner Bookings feature.
