Currently on the iPad when you click on a photo that a guest send you [when using Safari) it opens up a new window and doesn’t load. You can’t click on the photo and have it open up large.
If I use chrome and click on an image from a customer in a message it will open up a new tab then download the photo and then I can open it.
There’s way too many steps and it’s way too difficult. if there’s a photo and a message, you should be able to click on it and have it expand.

If you're using the progressive web app (PWA) on your iPad, there's currently a known issue where clicking on an image in the inbox goes to a blank screen instead of downloading it. Be sure to keep an eye on our weekly release notes for when a fix is released!
