We completely understand how important it is to have clear visibility into owner account balances and reserves—it's a fundamental part of transparent financial reporting. This is definitely something we want to tackle, though I need to be upfront that it won't be in active development for a while.
Behind the scenes, there are some design and reporting complexities we'll need to work through to get this right, so it's a bit more involved than it might initially appear. Right now, our primary focus is on successfully migrating all users to PMv2, but once that's complete, we have a running list of further enhancements we're eager to dive into—and this feature is absolutely on that list.

Would love to have a way to account for owner reserves!
Hi Coastal Waves, do you mean owner bookings? Most OR users tend to put those in as blocked-off times. Are you looking for a way to flag them as "this is an owner booking" so that you can filter/report on them elsewhere in the system?
Hey Paul, Being able to have owners bookings as opposed to blocked-off times would be great! I was referring being able to keep aside some owner money for unexpected expenses. So, have on hand $100-$350 of owners money on hand for repairs - this way I am not having to spend my own cash for maintenance of the owner's property. This is especially helpful when there is no income coming in but funds for maintenance is required.
I am looking for the same thing! Were you able to figure this out?

This would be great, new to OR and we had this in our previous PMS... trying to figure out now the best way to track it, but was a breeze when it was integrated with our PMS vs tracking it in QBs or something.
This is a very basic Property Management function that we need to be able to have. Any update on this? If not we have to manually track any monies we are holding from an owner for repairs that might come up and makes the accounting with owners very messy.
