PM Module: Owner first name needed as a field for emailing owner statements

Right now, the only field option to use the owner's name (in an email template to send them owner statements) includes their full name: first and last. When have we started an email with Hi FirstName LastName? Never. 😉  Please provide the option to enter owner's first and last names separately so they can be used individually as a field as needed. 

• I'd use First Name only in email templates.
• I'd use Last Name only in formatting names of the Owner Spreadsheet files.
