PM to have option to add fix monthly fee along with %

At the moment we can only set as % the property manager fees.For some owners,especially the ones who use the property 2-3 months or the year we charge a flat monthly fee on top of the % booking fee.

We have a major accounting update in development which would be a necessary precursor to adding this capability, and then, we do plan to add this option after that.  Most likely later this year.
