When a known critical issue impacts a significant number of users (for example, the recent formula errors in PMv2 statements), it would be incredibly helpful if OwnerRez could proactively communicate about it. This could take the form of:

Many of us manage sensitive owner communications and financial reporting through OR, and we want to ensure accuracy and transparency on our end. Just as we wouldn’t knowingly send incorrect statements to our homeowners, I’m sure you wouldn’t want us doing so either — and timely communication makes that possible.
Proactive updates would also give you the benefit of gathering additional user examples early on, which might even help identify causes or speed up resolutions.
