I am seeking a report to compare/track staff sales and bookings in order to compare staff, drive sales and reward staff with bonuses based upon sales performance.
There is not an existing report that tracks productivity or agents performing direct bookings. This would be very helpful.

Appreciate the request! The honest answer here is that OwnerRez is built for managing properties, bookings, and guests. Tracking individual agent productivity, comparing staff sales performance, and tying results to bonuses is really the job of a CRM or workforce tool, not a short-term rental PMS.
For what it's worth, you can approximate something like this manually, using a Custom Field on bookings to flag the responsible staff member, then exporting booking data to Excel - but that's a DIY workaround.
If staff performance reporting is a critical part of your operations, you'd likely be better served pairing OwnerRez with a tool designed for that purpose.
OR does have some tools that can support your team's workflow. Through Team Access, you can give each team member their own login with tiered permissions — full, limited, or read-only — and scope their access to specific properties. The built-in Tasks feature also lets you create, assign, and track work across your team, with Manager and Worker roles now available. It's not a sales leaderboard, but it's a solid foundation for keeping your team organized and accountable in the meantime!
