Refund policy choices

Our refund policy does not fit into any of the choices given on the OR settings at this time and we are forced to check the "NO refunds" box.   This, I am sure puts a lot of potential renters off and would like it very much if you could simply allow us to post what our policy actually is.   We offer a 90% refund if we are able to re-rent out the reserved week that a guest requests to cancel. This would be a wonderful option!
