Please do not show our property address on the new My Stay page for guests.
Hello,
Please DO NOT display the property address for my condo listing. I provide detailed directions that are fool proff so that guests arrive to the correct condo. For example, our condo building is a L-shaped, 3-story structure.
The building has repeating condo numbers depending on which street they face.
For example, there are three condos that are #302, but with different street addresses. Same goes for 101, 102, 103. 201, 202, 203, 301, 302, and 303; with a total of 27 condos in the building.
My process in sharing clear & concise directions with the full address upon booking has prevented guests from getting lost in the building since 2019 and I do not want to change this process.
Publishing the full address in the portal will only confuse guests, which no one wants to happen

We have some customizations we'd like to add, and this request falls into items being considered there.
If you know anyone else who would find this beneficial, please share the URL with them so they can give it an upvote. Seeing the demand helps us determine what to prioritize next.
In the meantime, if you are not currently using BUFIXUP, the BULEASE and BUSECDEP links were not included in the recent My Stay update. Those are standalone forms that are not a part of the My Stay work.
I couldn’t agree more with the other two comments. We need the address link to be removed or an option to remove immediately. This is going to cause major issues. Furthermore, Ownerrez is really behind here. We already build out an information webpage for our guests. So adding one now is many, many years behind other platforms. Thats fine but the entire thing needs to be customizable and able to edit in my option.
I agree 100%. Because our condo building is such a quagmire, we designed a page in 2019 with a photo map on how to find the correct condo. The building is L-shaped, with two street addresses, and condo units that have repeating unit numbers. There are 27 condos with THREE condos each being 101, 102, 103, 201, 202. 203, 301, 302, 303. OwnerRez cannot address this odd nuance of an address in the guest portal. This is one of the primary reasons I am choosing to not participate in My Stay.
