I would like to request an improvement to the template messages system. It gets very confusing having both email templates and channel templates for basically the same messages. It would be so nice to have an option to create one template that would send to either email or channel depending upon the booking site and/or other parameters as well. Thanks for the consideration!
Thanks for this request! You're absolutely right. We're planning a major overhaul that will fix this and more.
I don't have an ETA to provide at this time as we still need to nail down the design on this work before we can get it into development, but I'll post updates here as they become available.
