Retain Reservation $ Dollar Amounts for Cancelled Reservations

Even if booked by a 3rd party platform (Airbnb, etc), the amounts of the reservation show up in OwnerRez transactions section. Upon cancelation they disappear. It would be helpful to have archival information saved that shows what the booking amount had been for.  This helps determine a new market price that might have since been modified by dynamic pricing software

I agree that there are times when you might want to see the original charges. The original booking information is available in the logs. The Help Desk has always had access to it for you,  and as I just discovered, even better, so does 'Ask Rezzy'

Thanks so much Michael. That's great to know. I'll figure out where to find those logs. I had actually used askRezy and asked my question a couple different ways but it came back with nothing. I will take a look at hunting down those logs. Appreciate the good answer!

Hey Tom,

Quick follow up to what Michael said above. If you have the booking open on your screen, then hop into Ask Rezzy using the pop up window in that same screen, Rezzy will assess the booking you have pulled up without you having to type in the ORB# as well.
