I have Rezzy set up in draft mode during the day and auto-response mode overnight. It would be very helpful to be able to activate Push and/or Email notifications for Rezzy auto-response messages so when quickly scrolling through my alerts it is clear which messages have already been responded to and how (in case we need to course-correct anything). Right now I need to go into each message thread to see if and how Rezzy replied. Notification options would be greatly appreciated!!
Ideally these could be configured separately from Rezzy draft messages that are then approved and manually sent. Some people may want notifications for those, but ideally they could be toggled separately than the auto-reply notifications.

Totally agree ... I have Rezzy in draft mode , using it as a fancy text editor; at least a couple times per day it generates very bad replies that, if automatically sent to guest, would cause big issues.

We've recently released some updates to Rezzy that are in beta testing at this time with our employees so we could keep an eye on how things were going before rolling it out to the masses. AI-drafted messages are now smarter and more accurate - fewer errors, less editing, and responses that better match your intent before you ever hit send. So far, we've had no complaints!
I'm going to enable it in your accounts so that you can take it for a spin. If you could give Rezzy a week or so and report back on whether or not you're seeing significant improvement that may result in this request no longer being strongly desired, we'd appreciate it!

Not sure if related to this (new Rezzy beta) or not, but I have two tickets opened related to Rezzy, one is wih Katie (Rezzy provides value when guest asks to change dates, even when I explicity asked not to do so [#413396]) and the other was just opened (Different Rezzy reply between live and Sandbox [#413742]).

For me, I'd still like an option to toggle on notifications (or, even more ideally, summaries with links) of Rezzy-handled replies. My ideal scenario is to have Rezzy answering automatically during overnight hours, with me having a quick way to review the messages it sent first thing the next morning. Even if/when Rezzy is eventually working "perfectly", it's basically like a hand-off opportunity where my overnight "coworker" is getting me up to speed on what it handled while it was on duty.

Great, thanks for checking . Fyi, had one reply created by Rezzy after your turned it on, and Rezzy followed my rule of not providing amounts for Airbnb rentals (which failed in the past) 👍🏻
Hey Bri - Rezzy has stopped crafting replies automatically for me. I'm not sure if this is related to the beta upgrade or if it's happening to anyone else who's also in it. Have you seen anything about this?

They never generated. I've had to manually click the Rezzy icon to get it create a draft every single time.

Happened to me as well, one question sent a couple hours ago by a guest, had to click the Rezzy Suggest button to get a draft.
