We use a third-party rental agreement platform and import our agreements into OwnerRez. We also use the Files section to store other important documents. It would be extremely helpful if Rezzy could have full access to the files stored there, including the ability to read and reference the documents. That would allow us to create directives and automations based on the information contained in those files.
